WOMEN IN LIGHTING is a global, inspirational digital platform featuring profiles of women working in the field of lighting and lighting design. Its goal is to promote your passion and achievements and narrate your career path and goals. Their goal is to celebrate their work and raise the profile of women working in lighting to help encourage, support, and inspire the next generation.

WIL has used social activism to highlight and challenge unconscious bias in the industry through a strong social media presence that has generated a large following. The project is also supported by individual women in over 75 different countries. Las embajadoras WIL are a driving force for the project and create independent local initiatives and partner globally for broader initiatives.

That is why on March 8, 2019, this platform was presented in Mexico, with the help of several sponsors who believed in this project, with our director Magali Méndez as ambassador in Mexico and Liliana González as part of the project, everything was launched having a warm welcome to the guild of lighting design.
